A full Business Diagnostic is a 3-4 hour workshop with one of The Grafter team to take a deep dive look across multiple areas of the business. From this we produce our findings and give some recommendations on hitting your goals. Often the benefit of the workshop is in having someone independent asking the right questions, it's a bit like business therapy.
Clearly a simple form isn't going to recreate this experience, but we wanted to try bottle up some of the more impactful questions that we often find lead to interesting answers. Please be honest with your answers. We know the outputs here aren't going to be 100% accurate, but we hope they might be useful for you, and they could be a great start to a conversation with us.
We'll run through 4 core sections: Strategy, Marketing, Sales & Leading Generation, and Products / Services. It should take you about 10-15 minutes to complete. When we get your response, it'll take 5-10 minutes for our system to produce you a response, but we'll email you once it's finished. Be sure to check your spam folder.
